Get House Ready Services:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Get House Ready LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Scope

Get House Ready provides real estate consulting, including but not limited to real estate analysis, loan file preparation, and workflow automation. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes to assist in navigating the homebuying and lending processes.

2. Client Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Get House Ready is not responsible for any delays or denials resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation provided by the client.

Communication: You agree to maintain professional communication with all third-party vendors and entities (including employers and credit bureaus) when directed. Rudeness or unprofessional conduct may hinder service delivery and may result in service termination at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment Terms: All service fees are due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of custom consulting, database automation, and administrative preparation, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, you acknowledge that time and resources have been committed, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide the highest level of professional guidance, Get House Ready does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as loan approval, specific credit score increases, or successful rental property acquisition. Real estate and lending decisions are subject to underwriting guidelines, market conditions, and individual financial circumstances beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Get House Ready shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your real estate and lending transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the client is providing misleading information, engaging in unprofessional conduct, or failing to adhere to these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
